Fit note for Bulldogs

Never buy for a Bulldog by weight. A 50lb Bulldog has the chest girth of a 70lb non-brachycephalic dog. Measure chest girth and back length. Avoid all pull-over styles — flat faces make neck-opening pull-overs dangerous and stressful. Look for step-in or wrap-around designs with velcro-free body contact surfaces.
